Purity Burns is a semi-opaque silver with a high shine and shimmer. It goes on sheer but when used with a primer or wet for an intense color pay-off and metallic shine. Goes good with blacks and blues and can be used as a brow bone highlight color. Can also be used wet as an eyeliner.
